    Fixes
    Fixes Apply selected when Jellyfin already contains Custom CSS.
    Repairs the managed Penguz @import by placing it before normal CSS rules.
    Removes stale or duplicate Penguz imports and adds a version query for cache busting.
    Makes applied themes reload through the same dynamic stylesheet used by Preview.
    Festive details
    Adds holiday decoration levels: Off, Subtle, and Festive.
    Christmas: animated snowflakes plus a small snowman and gift corner accent.
    Halloween: trick-or-treat candy corner plus tiny crawling spiders and bugs.
    Thanksgiving, Easter, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Independence Day, New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and other holidays receive matching accents.
    Memorial Day, MLK Day, Juneteenth, Veterans Day, Patriot Day, and other commemorative themes keep restrained decorations.
    Existing motion controls continue to suppress animation when motion is disabled.
